Shy’s Fresh Eats is a Black-owned, woman-owned business that provides a range of herbal products for culinary & personal care use as well as gardening and food growth education, and fresh produce. In addition to seasonal drinks and jams, SFE sells herbal gift sets for hot tea, self-care, and immunity-boosting. Everything is organically garden-grown in their local gardens. Many of the proceeds are allocated for their Community Growing Education Program.
